Energy Leadership
To create an effective personal system for thriving in our ever-changing world, learning to effectively manage your “human capital energy” is essential. This training is focused on stress and how to utilize the Energy Leadership™ framework to increase engagement, life satisfaction, and resilience.

- Discover the real causes of the stress and overwhelm in your life and reduce or eliminate the related impact using the Energy Leadership™ framework
- Shift from focusing on problems and fighting fires to proactively creating solutions

6-Week Mindfulness Meditation Training Program
This mindfulness meditation program will teach participants how to live more mindfully, manage stress more effectively, and increase life satisfaction and well-being. Each session is 90 minutes. Topics will include:
