Our Leadership Health Retreats are crafted to empower leaders to prioritize their own wellbeing as a cornerstone for effective leadership. We start by conducting a Birkman to understand leadership styles, then work through several exercises on how these styles can effectively work together and lead teams.

Session 3: Stress, Anxiety, and Mindfulness
