Spencer is the Director of Consulting in Exude’s Employee Benefits division. He joined Exude in 2019 as a consultant and quickly advanced to a Senior Consulting role, specializing in self-funding and pharmacy benefit management. His expertise in these areas led him to develop our internal Product team, where he oversees the evaluation, implementation, and enhancement of cost containment and innovative market solutions. In 2023, Spencer’s dedication and expertise earned him the position of Director of Consulting. In this role, he leverages his skills in financial analysis, strategic benefit design, and self-funding to drive the strategic vision of our boutique consulting approach.

Prior to Exude, Spencer spent over a half a dozen years with Willis Towers Watson, where he honed his skills as a Financial Analyst and Account Executive. He holds a bachelor’s degree in risk management & insurance from Temple University and is a proud alumna of the Philadelphia Leadership Core Class of 2022. He was also certified as a Pharmacy Benefit Specialist (CPBS) in 2019 by the Pharmacy Benefit Institute of America and backed by the University of North Carolina (UNC) – Chapel Hill Eshelman School of Pharmacy.

In his personal life, Spencer resides in South Philadelphia with his wife Chelsea, their two children — Cameron and Rae — and their beloved boxer pup, Calvin.
