Kylie Gilliford
Believe in the dreams of others
Kylie is a Senior Consultant at Exude, a consulting firm specializing in all things people, focusing on the areas of Employee Benefits.
Her journey with Exude began in August 2005 as an intern. Following her graduation in May 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in marketing with a minor in Human Resources from Thomas Jefferson University, Kylie joined the Exude team full time as a Client Care Representative. Over the years, Kylie has moved her way up the client services teams, landing in her current position as Senior Consultant where she leads the client strategy. Most recently, Kylie has started to explore business development, sharing the Exude story and how we can help create a best in class benefits that matches organizations’ strategies and budget.
Kylie currently serves on the board of Clare House Lancaster, a transitional housing program where mothers and children facing homelessness can receive the safety, support, and respect they deserve – while starting their journey toward a more stable, more rewarding life. She is also the proud alumna of the Leadership Lancaster Core Class of 2024.
Kylie resides in Lititz PA with her husband Mark and their three boys- Grady, Canon and Blake.
