Gina has been part of the Exude team since 2003. Gina has excelled in multiple roles during her time at Exude which lead her to her current role as Manager of Underwriting. In this position, Gina oversees a team of employees and is responsible for vendor relationships and product strategy (captives, alternate funding, consumerism, reference-based pricing, etc). She oversees utilization, forecast and benchmark reporting for our clients and works directly with the consultant to provide a comprehensive and strategic renewal strategy for our clients.

Over the last three years, Gina has worked to expand client deliverables to include advanced reporting and analytics. Through her expertise, relationships and experience, Gina and her team are able to negotiate rates and plan options with insurers to secure optimal and competitive solutions.

Gina is a graduate from Drexel University, where she earned her Bachelors of Science in Business and Administration. Gina holds her PA Life, Health and Accident Producer License and is both a Certified Self-funded Professional (CSFP) and Certified Self-Funded Specialist (CSFS).
