Dr. Charryse Johnson
Dr. Charryse Johnson is an award-winning speaker and author of #1 best-seller book, Expired Mindsets: Releasing Patterns That No Longer Serve You Well (2021).
Dr. Johnson holds a B.A. in Human Development and Family Studies, an M.A. in Professional Counseling, and her PhD. in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in crisis and trauma. Some of her most recent work involved conducting international research geared toward reducing the stigma around mental health. In addition, she is a strong community advocate and has been a contributor on radio, social media, television, and documentaries.
Dr. Johnson brings several new trainings around mental health, grief, and connection in the workplace to Exude. She also facilitates Listening Circles, a powerful coaching tool that can support individuals and teams that are struggling. We are honored to have Dr. Charryse on our Exude Total Well-Being team!
