How Inclusive Leaders Are Being More Intentional About Inclusive Communications – 12.2
Words matter. As leaders encounter more moments where they can be intentionally more inclusive, much of the culture they create within their team is driven by the words they use. The psychological safety a leader infuses into a work environment is deeply influenced by the power of words. Those words create team norms as they often come from a position of power. As leaders work every day to shift thinking and action around inclusion, equity, and belongingness, there are new expectations for leaders to be aware of and it very much starts with the words they chose to use – both formally and informally.
In this webinar, Exude’s, Jai Calloway (Director of DEI), Karla Chin (Director of Wellbeing), and Dan Gallagher (Managing Director) will facilitate a discussion on how leaders can become intentional about inclusive communications.
