Exude Celebrates 25 Years

25 years ago today, we set out to make a positive change in the employee benefits space in Philadelphia. Our vision was to have a meaningful impact on those we touched, from our employees to our clients, to the community that served us and that we served. Transparency, exceptional service, creative consulting, and most of all caring, were the fundamental building blocks for the design of this new venture.

And so the journey began…

Today, I pause to reflect on the work we have delivered to the organizations we serve and the community we are responsible for supporting. As importantly, I am reflecting on the people and the relationships that we have formed and nurtured over the years.

For two and a half decades, we have used this vessel, Exude, as a place to convene, plan, and strategize. A place to build a culture and strong and sustainable core values. A place to gather and enjoy each other’s company and occasionally feel each other’s pain. The strength we’ve garnered has helped us deliver on the promise and commitment to ‘Change the lives of people who are changing the world’. With this mission in mind, we bring our talent, energy, passion, and care to every interaction with every client, partner, and community member.

Exude has served as a name, a brand, and ultimately, a way of being for our team to rally around. We have served it with loyalty and commitment and in return, it has given us immeasurable pride and a deep sense of dignity in our work. For us, our work is more than a job and beyond a vocation, and we are thrilled to serve our customers and support their organization’s needs around their people. Whether in Human Resources, Leadership Development, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, or Retirement Planning and Employee Benefits, we show up the way we did in 1996: with a passion for helping and caring at the core of what we deliver.

This journey all started with my singular vision to make a difference in our industry and our community. However, it is our people that have helped it grow and evolve into something I could never have imagined, and it is through their unique talents, incredible energy …. and their eyes, that I see our future.

It has been a remarkable ride – and I am grateful and appreciative of every employee, client, and partner who has trusted, believed in, and supported our work. Now, it is time to set our sights on the next leg of our journey, as there is still much work to be done.
